I have been cooking since I was 8 years old with my grandfather. I went to Butchering and Culinary Arts in San Marcos and also cooked for the US NAvy. In 2007 I was voted best french Chef and Restaurant in City search.com Also was featured in the Houston Press for my Rabit Stew and Osso Bucco. I believe a Restaurant is a second home.
Thats why I say when you eat here with us your a part of my Family and I truly stand by this. I only serve the freshsest Seafood and I believe my guest should feel at Home. My saying is one bite and You're Hooked the reason why is I want my guest to see I serve the best seafood around and if they eat any where else they will not get the same type of seasoning or freshness of the food.
